What we’re hiring for:

  • We need a legit B2B Marketing Operations Manager who’s ambitious, organized and worked with sales departments before.
  • We’ve been sales-led so far. We have over 10 BDRs and a strong team of account managers. 
  • We’re in mid-market (mid-size) and enterprise sales, the sales cycle can be up to 6-months long, if you’re coming from the B2C world, these tactics won’t work here. 
  • We’ll expect you to be involved in shaping the strategy and own the implementation. You’ll have many low-hanging fruits to pick and the freedom to build the processes from scratch. 
  • You’ll be working with contractors and the internal team and be able to hire

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll be working with our sales leaders supporting our current revenue operations (outbound, improving sales processes, sales enablement)
  • You’ll be working with our marketing leader implementing b2b marketing initiatives (inbound processes, campaigns, new playbooks). The more autonomous you can be, the better
  • Develop and optimize our b2b marketing processes, and test new playbooks to help improve deal velocity and conversion.
  • Add marketing-fueled processes into the client success departments (customer/lifecycle marketing)
  • Depending on your skillset you can be responsible for all/some of the content marketing processes including our sales leader (Subject Matter Expert) and the writer.

Which boxes you need to check:


  • This isn’t your first rodeo. Ideally, you have 4+ years of B2B marketing experience at a high-growth startup
  • You have worked with sales before, you understand the nature of mid-segment/enterprise B2B marketing.
  • You’re a strong operator who enjoys the day-to-day and keeping the b2b machine rolling without issues
  • You don’t shy away from technical challenges. You have experience with CRM and automation tools (we use Hubspot). We have a strong technical team that you can rely on, but you need to know what’s what. 
  • You’re hardworking and ready to roll up your sleeves and be a hands-on operator while we’re building the team.
  • Above-average communication skills, especially being able to to push things through with sales
  • You’re a self-starter – you know how to figure stuff out by yourself and solve problems fast

For this role, we need someone who’s a strong b2b marketing operator experienced in working with sales. However, if you’re a rare unicorn with one of the following skills, it’s a huge plus!

  • Copywriting / Product Marketing / Content Marketing
  • Previous experience with ad platforms like Linkedin, Facebook, Google Ads (we have a media buyer who can handle execution)
  • Content marketing 
  • Lifecycle (customer) marketing 

NOT NEEDED (we have the following areas covered by our existing team)

  • Creative, design
  • Website, WordPress
  • Analytics, data, reporting
  • Coding, scripts, technical implementation, integrations

Practical information

📌  You can work from wherever you want and whenever you want, as long as you overlap with EST and CEST timezones. Our business team is based in the US, and our marketing and tech team are in Central and Southeastern Europe.

✈️ We have company retreats twice a year (the last retreat was in the Dominican Republic 🌴)

💸 Salary: $51.6k/y+$15.6k bonuses (annual)
